My time in Japan was marked by forging strong economic and cultural ties between Denmark and Japan. I’ve been a guest on a Delhi cooking show, showcasing Danish cuisine to millions, sent a Danish pin badge to the International Space Station and back, and brought the magic of Danish Christmas to Tokyo.
